FirstBank to Host 2017 MBF Holiday Celebration

Join your fellow Master Brokers on Thursday, November 30 as we mark another exciting and busy year! The Miami MBF's 2017 Holiday Celebration will be hosted by FirstBank Florida atop their 2990 Ponce de Leon Boulevard office; a scenic rooftop with expansive views of Miami and Coral Gables.

We look forward to reviewing the accomplishments of the past year, honoring Ron Shuffield with the 2017 "Legacy Award" (see story below), and recognizing this year's Patricia Wallace Memorial/MBF Scholarship Recipients from Florida International University.

MBF To Honor Ron Shuffield With 2017 "Legacy Award"

Longtime Master Broker Ron Shuffield, CEO of EWM Realty, will be honored with the 2017 MBF "Legacy Award" at this year's Holiday Celebration.

"Ron is one of the most respected and recognized names in all of Miami real estate, and we are delighted to present him with this well-deserved honor," said Jeff Morr, Miami MBF chair. "Everyone in our business can tell a story of how Ron's kindness and wisdom impacted their career, and our organization has been greatly enriched by his membership and participation."

Previous MBF Legacy Award honorees include Alicia Cervera, Sr. and Evelyn Framer (2011), Jeanne Baker (2012), Rosalie Elliot (2013), Teresita Shelton (2014), Consuelo Stewart (2015), and Helen Jeanne Nicastri (2016).

MBF Makes Major Impression at 2017 "Real Deal" Showcase

Each year, The Real Deal hosts a showcase that brings together thousands of professionals from Miami's real estate community. The MBF had a major presence at this year's event in Wynwood, with a strategically-placed booth right at the entrance, several members serving as expert panelists, and live updates from the event on the chapter's social media channels.
